Order & Refund Policy

Orders, payment methods, shipping and returns at shop.bohochoco.gr.

1. Orders

Orders are placed through the online shop shop.bohochoco.gr and are considered valid only once payment has been successfully completed. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Payment methods

We accept automatic payments via:

  • Debit / credit cards
  • Stripe
  • PayPal

All transactions are processed securely by certified partners.

Payments via IRIS or bank transfer can be arranged upon request.

For IRIS payments, please search for our business “Ioanna Arvaniti” using VAT number 077297930.

For bank transfer payments, please deposit the total amount of your order to one of the following bank accounts:

3. Shipping

Deliveries are made within Greece and internationally via partnered courier services. Delivery times depend on product availability and destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email with the tracking number and the name of the courier service.

4. Returns policy

You have the right to return products within 3 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and accompanied by the purchase receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. In the case of a defective or incorrect product, please contact us for a replacement or refund.

5. Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been used or damaged.
  • Custom-made / special order products (e.g. made-to-order macramé creations).
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings).
